For British fashion brand Boden, we came up with something special for the launch of their Fall/Winter campaign. With the release of their new corporate identity, which marks an important milestone in the brand's development, Boden aimed to strengthen their brand equity while boosting sales.
To celebrate the relaunch and boost sales, we initiated an innovative, interactive voucher campaign for Boden. The aim was not only to draw attention to the new campaign, but also to generate valuable leads and entice customers with attractive price advantages. A key focus was to embed the promotion seamlessly into the brand communication and ensure effective data collection in line with GDPR.
The core idea was to create an interactive experience that customers could discover directly in the new Boden catalogs. This was achieved by integrating a scannable QR code that redirected users to a custom-designed gamification element. This element, a digital scratch card, enabled customers to win vouchers for the Boden online store. The playful interaction was intended to increase engagement and deepen brand loyalty at the same time.
The implementation included the design and integration of the QR code in the catalogs as well as the development of the digital scratch card game. When participating in the promotion, user data was collected through a GDPR-compliant form, which also offered the option to sign up for the Boden newsletter. This allowed Boden to not only create immediate sales incentives, but also build a long-term customer relationship. The campaign led to increased customer interaction and strengthened Boden's image as an innovative and customer-oriented brand.
