Goal

The main aim of the campaign was to raise awareness of the different career opportunities at the Berlin Senate Department. Through an innovative and eye-catching marketing strategy, the aim was to draw the attention of the Berlin population to the diversity and inclusivity of career opportunities. An important aspect of this was to design the campaign in such a way that it appealed to a broad spectrum of interested parties while also conveying the core message of diversity.

Idea

To implement the campaign in a creative and interactive way, a colorfully branded "tour bus" was used, equipped with the vyndo Lite. This bus traveled through Berlin to address citizens directly. The idea was to create a mobile point of contact where interested parties could obtain information and discover the Senate's diverse career opportunities at the same time. The interactive touch display on the bus enabled visitors to engage with the information in a modern and appealing way.

Implementation

The implementation included the conception and design of the UI/UX design for the interactive display. Our team of designers and project managers worked closely with the Senate Administration to ensure that every detail was tailored to their "MAKE THE CAPITAL CITY" campaign. On site, the bus provided a platform for personal discussions with contacts from the Senate Administration. The vyndo software made it possible to carry out an individual and detailed survey, which included emojis as user-friendly answer options. The insights gained provided valuable data for the Senate Administration to evaluate the campaign and helped them understand the effectiveness of their message and adapt future strategies.
